Hello everyone, I have not been active for quite a long time. Now decided to post frequently about various topics. All my life I have been experimenting on myself to experience what exactly doing a particular act will effect. Well, there are many results, some made to happy, some made to stronger, relax, confident and some changed my lifestyle. In simple words I am trying to cultivate good hobbies and even now at this time of writing blog. Its a continues process to attain wisdom and ultimately evolving as a complete man.
I want speak something about my exercise routines and Asanas (postures of yoga) which makes me relax, healthy and me give that extra energy to work longer hours.
Pranayam- breathing exercise:
Find a perfect time which suits you It may be morning or evening. A room with proper ventilation and free from disturbing noise. Get a clean mat since practising on the floor is the best way.
1.Sit on the floor, basic posture is to fold your knees and sit upright. Close your eyes inhale slowly until your lungs expands fully and then exhale slowly, repeat the process 10 to 15 times. If you are a beginner please stop when you feel discomfort or tired.
2.Now take a minute break, then repeat the process , but this time lower your head while exhaling and move up towards the sky while inhaling. Under the process your back should bend a little while exhaling and back to straight while inhaling.
3.Take a 30 seconds break if necessary, don't move from your posture. Use the ring finger of your right hand to close the left nostril. Your little pointing downwards, index and middle fingers on your forehand pointing towards the sky. Now you inhale and exhale only with right nostril, repeat as the same as in the step 2.
NOTE: Do not stop the breathing exercise abruptly, steadily slow down the speed to your normal breathing speed (as you approach towards the end).
4.Take a 30 seconds break if necessary, Now with the help of the thumb finger of your right hand, close your right nostril and repeat the process as in the step above.
